Sanatana is a spiritual wellness application that provides:

• Daily sadhana tracking and streak management
• Sacred texts library (Bhagavad Gita, Vedas, etc.)
• AI-powered spiritual guidance and Q&A
• Virtual diya lighting experience
• Mantra audio player and meditation timer
• Hindu calendar with festivals and panchang
• Japa mala counter and prayer tracking

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

Sanatana provides information about Hindu spirituality, practices, and sacred texts for educational and personal spiritual growth purposes.

• The content is based on traditional Hindu teachings and scriptures
• AI-generated spiritual guidance is meant to supplement, not replace, traditional learning from qualified teachers
• Users should consult with their own spiritual guides for personalized advice
• We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee completeness of all religious content
• Different traditions may have varying interpretations of practices

The app is designed to support your spiritual journey and should be used as a complement to traditional practices, not as a replacement.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' accounts
• Use the AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as authoritative religious teaching
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App without authorization
• Use automated systems or software to access the App without our permission
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code

The App may integrate with third-party services (such as Google Generative AI for spiritual guidance, authentication providers, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any defects will be corrected
• The App will meet your spiritual or religious requirements
• AI-generated spiritual guidance will be accurate or appropriate for your situation
• Religious content will be complete or representative of all traditions

Sanatana is a spiritual support tool. We make no guarantees about spiritual outcomes or experiences from using the App.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAPPECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages arising from your use of the App
• Reliance on AI-generated spiritual advice

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms
• Notify you through the App or via email
• Provide a reasonable period to review changes before they take effect

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App.
